Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share
  • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to healthcare professionals
  • Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote company products
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular reports to management
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly
  • Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and product developments in the pharmaceutical industry

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Knowledge of medical ethics and compliance
  • Sales certification (preferred)
  • Valid Qatar driver's license and willingness to travel within the Doha area
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
