We’re hiring for full-time, in-office positions across several functions, including administration, accounting, data entry, and writing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations: scheduling, client relations, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
  • Handle accounting tasks: invoicing, budgeting, financial record-keeping, and other key functions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain a well-organized filing and documentation system.

Job Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic, patience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Fluency in Arabic (advanced English is a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (any additional tech skills are a bonus).
  • High school diploma required, college education preferred.
  • Experience in administration or related fields is advantageous, but no legal experience is necessary—we will train you in the legal specifics.
