• Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information and assistance.
• Perform outbound calls to conduct surveys and fulfill other tasks requested.
• Address concerns and challenges that callers face, while ensuring a prompt escalation in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the system.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, offering immediate support to callers during crises.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on program information.

Job Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic with basic English knowledge.
• Previous Call Center experience is a plus.
