A leading company in the distribution of non-food FMCG products including cleaning products, personal care, and cosmetics, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join its team. The role focuses on selling to both retail stores and supermarkets across Lebanon.
The ideal candidate is energetic, well-organized, capable of working in the field, and has a strong understanding of the sales process in the FMCG sector.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Visit existing and potential retail and supermarket clients daily to maintain and grow sales.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure strong brand presence in stores.
• Present and promote products to clients, answer questions, and provide solutions based on their needs.
• Track and analyse sales performance by area and suggest actions to improve results.
• Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure proper execution of orders.
• Report daily on client visits, orders taken, and any issues or market feedback.
• Ensure products are displayed correctly and promotions are well executed in stores.
• Support marketing campaigns by executing in-store activations or promotional initiatives.
• Stay informed on competitors’ products and market trends.
Job Qualifications
✅ Requirements:
• Age: 25 to 35 years old
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector (non-food products is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
• Physically active, with the ability to move throughout the day
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and report clearly on daily tasks
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email usage, and smartphone-based tools
• Fluency in Arabic is required; English or French is a plus
