Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for crafting visual content that aligns with client and agency branding across digital, print, and social platforms. This role brings creative concepts to life through compelling layout, typography, and design execution. Working closely with the Creative / Art Director and other content contributors, the Graphic Designer ensures all assets are consistent, on-brand, and tailored to the intended audience and medium.

Job Qualifications

Required Education:

-Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.


Required Experience & Certificates:

-2–4 years of graphic design experience in a creative agency or brand environment.
-A compelling portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including both print and digital projects.


Required Skills:

-Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma/ Canva.
-Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles.
-Visual Design & Layout Expertise.

Tasks and Duties:

1) Design Execution & Asset Creation:
-Create graphics for digital and print materials including social media posts, presentations, reports, web banners, advertisements, and packaging.
-Apply existing brand guidelines to produce layout variations and scalable templates.
-Support the development of logos, icons, and illustrations that align with brand personality.

2) Collaboration & Feedback:
-Work closely with copywriters, content creators, and video/photo teams to develop visuals.
-Translate strategic direction and creative briefs into visual solutions that meet objectives.
-Receive and respond to feedback constructively while meeting project deadlines.

3) Production & File Management:
-Prepare artwork for print/digital deployment, including prepress, exports, and file handover.
-Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure consistency across all design work.

4) Trends & Tools:
-Stay up to date on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital/brand design.
-Explore and experiment with new styles and techniques where appropriate.
