The Manager will lead the operational backbone of a dynamic and expanding broadcast, media, and production company. The role focuses on delivering high-quality media services, coordinating complex field and studio operations, and sustaining service excellence in a rapidly evolving industry.
Job Qualifications
Required Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Media, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
Required Experience & Certificates:
-Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management within the broadcast, satellite, or media production industry.
Required Skills:
-In-depth understanding of satellite transmission, studio operations, and live production logistics.
-Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to handle high-pressure environments.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Tasks and Duties:
-Oversee the full scope of company operations including satellite connectivity, live media coverage, studio management, dubbing, and rights-based content distribution.
-Ensure the effective deployment of resources for live broadcasts, international coverage, and studio hosting activities.
-Manage a multidisciplinary team composed of engineers, producers, field crews, and support staff to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
-Drive operational excellence by implementing industry best practices and maintaining high communication and quality standards.
-Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk factors to deliver client-focused, cost-effective solutions.
-Coordinate with the executive leadership on business strategy execution and expansion plans.
-Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and technical specifications.
-Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
-Analyze service performance metrics and implement action plans for optimization.
