Job Description
The Creative / Art Director leads the agency’s visual and conceptual output, ensuring that all design and content deliverables are brand-consistent, strategically aligned, and creatively superior. This role supervises graphic design, content creation, and visual production functions. The Creative / Art Director plays a key leadership role in bridging strategic objectives and creative execution, overseeing brand storytelling across all platforms and formats.
Job Qualifications
Required Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience & Certificates:
-7+ years of experience in creative direction, visual communication, or brand development within an agency or in-house setting.
-Proven portfolio demonstrating concept development, campaign execution, and brand-building work.
-Experience leading teams and managing feedback loops under tight deadlines.
Required Skills:
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms; basic familiarity with motion or video editing is a plus.

Tasks and Duties:
1) Creative Direction & Vision:
-Define and communicate the agency’s creative direction, standards, and visual language across all client and internal projects.
-Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual campaigns, brand identities, and multimedia experiences.
-Provide concept leadership during brainstorming, ideation, and proposal development.
2) Team Leadership & Supervision:
-Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of graphic designers, copywriters, content creators, photographers, and videographers.
-Review and approve all creative work, ensuring alignment with strategy, deadlines, and quality expectations.
-Lead internal creative reviews and feedback cycles with clarity and direction.
3) Project Collaboration:
-Collaborate with the General Manager and client-facing staff to ensure that creative work aligns with business objectives.
-Coordinate with marketing, digital, and production teams to ensure creative consistency across touchpoints.
-Participate in pitch presentations and client meetings when creative vision needs articulation.
4) Brand Development & Aesthetic Control:
-Guide the creation of brand identities, visual systems, and style guides for client and internal brands.
-Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all content types—print, digital, social, motion, and experiential.
5) Innovation & Trend Integration:
-Stay current on visual design trends, creative technologies, cultural cues, and design tools.
-Encourage innovation within the team, while maintaining clarity on creative boundaries and brand constraints.
