Job Description
The Copywriter & Content Creator is responsible for crafting compelling written content across various media formats and platforms. This role develops copy that informs, persuades, and inspires, ensuring brand voice, tone, and storytelling are consistently applied across campaigns. They contribute to blogs, social posts, ads, video scripts, and other marketing content, while coordinating the delivery of written and multimedia content in line with editorial calendars and campaign goals.
Job Qualifications
Required Experience & Certificates:
-2–4 years of content creation experience in an agency, editorial, or in-house marketing role.
-Demonstrated experience producing both short-form (captions, ads) and long-form (blogs, scripts, editorial) content.
Required Skills:
-Strong command of grammar, tone, and brand voice adaptation across formats.
-Familiarity with content management systems, scheduling platforms, and SEO basics.
-Written Communication & Storytelling.

Tasks and Duties:
1) Content Development & Writing:
-Write engaging and on-brand content for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and internal documents.
-Develop scripts for video content, voiceovers, and campaign assets.
-Ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and tone alignment across all copy.
2) Content Coordination:
-Work with the Creative Director and Content Coordinator to execute content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
-Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing team members to align copy with visuals and platform requirements.
3) Editing & QA:
-Proofread all written content and cross-check against visuals for consistency and cohesion.
-Edit third-party submissions or freelancer content to fit agency tone and guidelines.
4) Research & SEO:
-Conduct keyword research and apply basic SEO principles when needed.
-Monitor trends and social conversations for content topics and storytelling approaches.
