Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Pharmaceutical Business Developer to join our team in Al Wakrah, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners
- Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and collaborations
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Job Qualifications
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Search for and select appropriate brands/manufacturers that are suitable for the local market and offer strong business opportunities.
2. Ability to collaborate with international brands/manufacturers and secure exclusive distribution rights for the company in the local market.
3. Evaluate product portfolios, pricing structures, and brand positioning to ensure alignment with local market needs and competitive advantage.
4. Prepare detailed business proposals and reports to support decision-making and present potential opportunities to the management team.
5. Preferred Age Bracket: 35 y/o – 45 y/o
6. Total Experience: not less than 8 years
Marketing (B2B Focus)
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Expertise in B2B marketing strategy, including lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and targeted content creation.
2. Experience in premium/luxury branding, including brand storytelling and high-end positioning strategy.
3. Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, instagram and snapchat, etc.
4. Experience organizing and executing high-end events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client-facing activations.
5. Preferred Age Bracket: 35 y/o – 45 y/o
6. Total Experience: not less than 8 years
