Job Description
The Videographer / Photographer / Editor is responsible for creating visual media that supports the agency’s storytelling and branding across platforms. This role manages the full cycle of video and photo production, from planning and shooting to editing and publishing. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and creatively driven, with an eye for composition, rhythm, and brand style.
Job Qualifications
Required Experience & Certificates:
-3+ years of experience in photography and videography, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
-Extensive Experience in both portrait and product photography, as well as social/video formats.
Required Skills:
-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Similar Software for Photo/Video Editing.
-Understanding visual storytelling, pacing, and brand-driven aesthetics.
-Visual Framing & Cinematic Sense.
-Video & Photo Editing.
-Media Production & Logistics.
-Creative Collaboration.
-Asset Management.
Tasks and Duties:
1) Pre-Production Planning:
-Collaborate with the Creative / Art Director and content teams to storyboard and plan shoots for campaigns, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, etc.
-Scout locations, organize lighting/audio setups, and manage production schedules.
2) Shooting & Production:
-Capture high-quality photography and video content in studio or on location, ensuring strong visual framing and sound.
-Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to accepted professional standards.
3) Post-Production:
-Edit raw footage and imagery into final assets for use on websites, social platforms, campaigns, and internal materials.
-Add music, motion graphics, voiceovers, and color grading as needed and according to client interests.
4) Asset Management:
-Organize and archive all visual media using proper metadata, storage systems, and file labeling.
-Maintain and care for production equipment.
