Only candidates who score 8 or higher on both the resume match and assessment move forward to the next stage: a live interview conducted by an expert recruiter via Zoom.
“Candidates who achieve a score of 8 or higher on both the resume match and the assessment are advanced to the expert interview stage. During this phase, an expert recruiter conducts a one-on-one Zoom interview using a set of AI-generated questions.”
Following the interview, recruiters enter structured feedback directly into the system.
“The recruiter then provides structured feedback in the system and, if the candidate is deemed qualified, moves them forward to the client interview and their profile will be shared with the employers.”
