π Location: Beirut | π Full-time | Office-based
We are currently looking for a Callback Operator to join our growing Customer Support team. This role is ideal for responsible, communicative individuals who enjoy working with clients and developing their professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line customer support in Arabic
Handle customer callbacks and complaints professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow communication standards and company policies

Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Quick learner with strong teamwork and communication skills
Skills:
Clear and well-structured verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in PC use and office software (Word, Excel, CRM systems)
Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
