Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Trade Coordinator to manage vendor operations and ensure smooth execution of service requests.

This is a remote position based in Lebanon, working U.S. hours.
 

🛠️ Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage a network of service vendors across the U.S.

  • Dispatch jobs and follow up to ensure timely completion

  • Communicate with vendors to confirm schedules, updates, and job status

  • Ensure quality and compliance with job requirements

  • Handle multiple work orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams

 

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — must be comfortable on calls

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Comfortable working night shifts (4PM – 1AM Lebanon time)

  • Experience in operations, coordination, or facility management is a plus (but not required)
