We are seeking an experienced and visionary Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Beirut, Lebanon. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-functional construction projects. As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing diverse site supervision teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining unwavering commitment to health and safety excellence. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on large-scale projects while building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary site supervision teams responsible for delivering complex construction projects across various sectors, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies; monitor progress against established timelines and proactively address any deviations
• Oversee all construction management and control activities, including quality assurance, cost management, and adherence to contractual obligations
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual responsibilities, safety protocols, and project specifications
• Maintain transparent communication with key stakeholders, including client departments, government agencies, and internal teams, fostering collaborative working relationships
• Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety standards across all project activities, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement; develop innovative solutions to optimize project delivery
• Manage project budgets and costs effectively, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated to meet current and future project commitments
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the project team while supporting professional development of team members
• Represent the organization professionally with clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for future business growth

Job Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree (BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional Chartered status or equivalent professional certification in construction management or engineering
• Minimum 5 years of progressive construction management experience with a proven track record in delivering large, complex multi-functional projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar construction management role or comparable project environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and best practices
• Demonstrated expertise in project controls procedures, quality management systems, and health and safety compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build effective working relationships across diverse organizational structures
• Proficiency in contract management, cost control, and budget management
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience managing construction projects in the Middle East region or similar emerging markets
• Familiarity with Lebanese construction regulations, building codes, and local government requirements
• Proficiency with project management software, CAD applications, and construction management tools
• Experience in hospitality, mixed-use, retail, or entertainment construction projects
• Demonstrated innovation in project delivery methodologies and process optimization
• Background in risk management and mitigation strategies specific to construction environments
• Experience mentoring and developing construction management professionals
