Job Description
Assist in the full recruitment process, especially for Spanish-speaking candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Support onboarding, training, and daily HR operations.
Handle employee inquiries and help resolve HR-related issues.
Communicate effectively across Spanish, Arabic, and English teams.
Prepare basic HR reports and support internal communication.
Job Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and English.
Strong computer and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
