Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial woman who brings hands-on experience in the tourism industry to co-lead and operate our tourism and ecotourism business initiatives. You will be actively involved in developing and selling tourism products, managing operations, and growing the business both digitally and on-ground.
Job Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage tourism and ecotourism products and experiences.
Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and service providers.
Close deals and grow client accounts.
Manage and update tourism-related online platforms and websites.
Oversee social media accounts and online presence.
Lead day-to-day business operations and ensure client satisfaction.
Represent Brights in tourism-related events and opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in tourism, ecotourism, or destination management.
Strong network of tourism contacts and potential clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital platforms, online marketing, and tourism trends.
Ability to lead operations and work independently.
Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
