Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry of invoices, purchase orders, and supplier bills in the accounting system. 
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions. 
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, raw materials, and steel stock ledgers. 
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger updates. 
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. 
- Generate and review financial reports for management and auditors. 
- Verify accuracy of supplier invoices and payment terms before processing. 
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate data. 
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data. 
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, taxation rules, and internal control procedures. 
Job Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate should possess:
·      Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or data entry roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or steel industries.
·      Strong familiarity with inventory and cost accounting principles.
·      Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
·      Strong data entry accuracy and speed.
·      Understanding of VAT, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
