Job Description

The Clinic & Outpatient Center Coordinator, coordinates for the daily operational, and administrative performance of the outpatient clinics and diagnostic center. This position ensures flawless clinical workflows, high-standard facility upkeep, strict regulatory compliance, efficient inventory control, and exemplary person-centered care. The center Coordinator manages administrative and clinical personnel, nurtures physician relationships, and drives continuous process improvements through data-driven reporting.

  • Manage daily patient intake, registration, appointments booking and throughput in the HIS/EMR to minimize wait times and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate physician schedules, staffing rosters, and room allocations to maximize clinic and diagnostic utilization.
  • Conduct daily inspections of exam and diagnostic areas.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patient issues and service recovery, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction surveys, investigate complaints if any and execute corrective action plans.
  • Analyze monthly patient volumes, physician utilization trends, and referral compliance to identify bottlenecks and service expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consulting physicians and referring providers, and collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive patient growth.
  • Direct administrative and clinical staff, oversee onboarding, assign daily schedules, and conduct SMART performance and competency evaluations.

Job Qualifications

  • BS in nursing or in a clinical/ paramedical field is a must
  • Master’s degree in healthcare management or public health is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical field.
  • Administrative skills, Organization, Time and People Management abilities
  • Customer Service skills and Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.
