Job Description
Summary of the role
This role is ideal for a new graduate or early-career professional eager to build a strong foundation in accounting, manufacturing finance, and SAP systems. The successful candidate will bring curiosity, adaptability, and passion for learning, while demonstrating integrity, humility, and accountability in supporting accurate financial reporting and operational analysis, in collaboration within and outside the Finance team.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Post and process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Record bank statements and ensure proper cash transaction posting
- Prepare and perform monthly GL Accounts reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances
- Issue and process sales invoices in accordance with company policies and timelines
- Support month-end closing processes, taking ownership and accountability for timely and accurate deliverables
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–1 year of accounting, finance, or internship experience
- Strong desire to learn manufacturing accounting and SAP systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to develop advanced skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethics with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to grow within the team and stay in the position for a minimum of 2 years.
