Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for providing high quality body & facial treatments accurately and thoroughly while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:

On Spa Treatments

  • Have excellent product knowledge, massage and selling techniques in order to perform a comprehensive treatment consultation, emphasizing on treatment benefits
  • Provide thorough, accurate body & facial treatment services to guests in accordance with procedures while maintaining a professional behavior at all times

On Sales & Promotions

  • Sell Shiseido products to spa customers and consult future treatments
  • Contact 'Inactive' clients to recruit them back
  • Achieve sell out target of newly launched products in Shiseido spa
  • Focus on selling slow moving and discontinued SKUs
  • Promote actively the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
  • Participate in promotional activities (provision of complimentary services, educating guests on available promotions and programs) to build current guest loyalty and/or attract new guests

On Customer Relations

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service while being courteous and attentive to client needs to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Inform and educate guests about specific wellness concerns
  • Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Proactively acquire new customers, maintain and enhance actual existing client relationships
  • Communicate to Spa Manager important occurrences and follow up accordingly
  • On Cleanliness & Safety
  • Maintain safety standards and cleanliness (keep work area clean and organized)

On New Trends

  • Stay informed about the latest body/facial treatments
  • Attend when required relevant trainings

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Diploma in Esthetics/Makeup. Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy is a plus.
  • Certification in Facial/Body Massage are a plus

Experience:

  • 1- 2 years of previous related experience
