 Sales Director

Location: Lebanon

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and develop our sales operations across Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth while leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong experience in the retail sector is essential.
• Experience in the furniture, mattresses, home furnishings, or related industry is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese market, including customer behavior, competition, and retail dynamics.
• International or regional experience is considered a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Experience managing multiple branches and leading large sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales management team and branch managers.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, pricing, and promotional campaigns across all branches.
