We are seeking a seasoned Chief of Staff, Human Resources to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CHRO. This role is designed for a senior HR professional with 10+ years of experience who brings strong expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, operations, and cross-functional leadership.

The HR Chief of Staff will help drive the HR agenda forward by translating strategy into execution, improving HR operations, and ensuring alignment across people initiatives, business priorities, and leadership objectives.

Job Description

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner closely with the CHRO to shape and execute the HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals

  • Support workforce planning, talent strategy, DEI initiatives, and organizational design

  • Prepare executive and board-level HR presentations, dashboards, and reports

HR Operations & Program Management

  • Oversee and coordinate key HR programs (talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement)

  • Drive cross-functional HR initiatives and ensure timely execution

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement scalable improvements

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between the CHRO and HR leadership team, business leaders, and external partners

  • Facilitate HR leadership meetings, planning sessions, and follow-ups

  • Ensure alignment and communication across HR functions and regions

Change Management & Culture

  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, growth, or transformation programs

  • Partner with leadership on culture, employee experience, and engagement initiatives

  • Help embed DEI, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives across the organization

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles (HR Business Partner, HR Operations, HR Strategy, People & Culture, or similar)

  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and people operations

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • High level of discretion and professionalism
