Job Description

The Full Stack Developer contributes to the development, improvement, and scalability of NaftPlus digital systems, ensuring reliable performance, strong code quality, and continuous technical enhancement aligned with evolving business and technology needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack application features based on defined requirements
  • Build frontend components using Angular
  • Implement backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Write and optimize PostgreSQL queries and database structures
  • Execute assigned development tasks within defined workflows
  • Test and validate features before deployment
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
  • Document technical work, solutions, and processes clearly
  • Create and train internal AI models for development automation
  • Follow coding standards, version control practices, and development processes
  • Participate in code reviews and apply technical feedback
  • Maintain system performance, reliability, and stability

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant experience in full-stack development (3+ years)
  • Proven ability to deliver production-level applications

Technical Requirements

Mandatory

  • Proven experience developing frontend applications using modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or similar)
  • Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases and queries
  • Experience delivering full-stack application features in production environments
  • Experience developing backend services and APIs using modern technologies
  • Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git, or similar)

Preferred

  • Experience working on ERP or enterprise systems
  • Understanding of FMCG-related workflows (inventory, distribution, POS)
  • Experience working with cloud-based environments or deployments
  • Familiarity with scalable or modular system architectures

Nice-to-Have

  • Interest in AI tools and modern development practices
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools
  • Ability to explore and evaluate new technologies
  • Curiosity and initiative in improving development approaches
