The Antonin Maronite Order is looking for a talented Content Creator & Videographer to support its digital presence and storytelling. This role focuses on creating high-quality videos, photos, and written content that reflect the Order’s mission, spiritual life, and institutional activities in an engaging way. The ideal candidate is creative, technically strong, and comfortable working in formal and religious environments.
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Development & Storytelling
§ Develop creative content ideas aligned with the Order's mission, values, and spiritual identity.
§ Produce engaging digital content.
§ Ensure all content follows approved brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
§ Apply feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently.
2. Content Planning
§ Prepare shot lists and filming plans for major events and activities.
§ Develop monthly and event-based content calendars for approval.
§ Coordinate content timing with events, religious seasons, and intuitional priorities.
3. Videography & Photography
§ Capture high-quality photo and video coverage of religious ceremonies, social and educational activities, official visits, public events, and others.
§ Produce official portraits of clergy and institutional representatives when required.
§ Capture visuals of monasteries, churches, and heritage sites for publications, archiving, and documentaries.
§ Ensure strong technical quality in framing, lighting, and audio-especially in churches and indoor settings.
4. Social Media Support
§ Publish and schedule approved content across social media platforms.
§ Monitor engagement (views, reach, likes, comments, shares).
§ Share insights and performance observations with the communications team.
5. Event Coverage & Archiving
§ Provide on-site coverage for events, including filming and photography.
§ Deliver event recap videos and photo albums within agreed timelines.
§ Properly label, store, and archive media assets on internal systems.
§ Handle equipment safely and responsibly.
Job Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
§ Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Film, Photography, Media Production, or a related field.
§ 3-6 years of experience in content creation, videography, or digital media.
§ Experience covering events or institutional activities is a strong plus.
§ Experience in religious, cultural, NGO, or heritage settings is an advantage.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
§ Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
§ Basic motion graphics or design skills (AHer Effects, Canva, or similar).
§ Strong understanding of social media formats and best practices.
§ Ability to operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and editing tools.
OTHER SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
§ High flexibility to work on-site during events and outside regular hours when needed.
§ Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking.
§ High attention to detail and visual quality.
§ Ability to work respectfully in religious and formal environments.
§ High discretion and sensitivity to hierarchy and confidentiality.
§ Strong time management and organizational skills.
